<p><strong>China AFSL Countermeasures List</strong> contains entities subject to countermeasures under China's Anti-Foreign Sanctions Law (2021). This includes financial institutions and companies from countries that have imposed sanctions on Chinese entities. Currently includes Lithuanian banks (UAB Urbo Bankas, AB Mano Bankas) designated in August 2025 in retaliation for EU sanctions on Chinese banks. Prohibits all Chinese entities from conducting transactions, cooperation, or financial activities with listed entities.</p>
