BIS Entity List is maintained by the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), U.S. Department of Commerce. It contains parties subject to specific license requirements for exports, reexports, and transfers of items subject to the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
Transactions with entities on this list may require an export license, with applications generally subject to a presumption of denial.
