Sanctions designation — transaction must be blocked or frozen
China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs countermeasures list names 46 foreign individuals and organisations subject to asset freezes and entry bans under PRC sanctions law, a designation set relevant to trade finance screening and counterparty checks involving Chinese jurisdictions.
China MFA Counter-Sanctions List is maintained by China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs under the Anti-Foreign Sanctions Law (AFSL) of 2021.
