Tell us about your banks, your corridors and the payments that go wrong. We check it against our own data on banks, published tariffs and measured settlement times, and write you a report you can take to your bank.
Twenty minutes of conversation, no payment details, and the report by email about an hour later.
One document, written for a finance team. Every figure states its source and whether it was measured or researched.
Your banks, entities, currencies and corridors in one picture, with the correspondent chain behind each payment.
Your charges next to what comparable banks in the same country publish, plus the fees deducted in transit that never reach your statement.
Measured arrival windows for your corridors, which leg costs you the days, and the cut-off worth moving your payment run around.
The corridors and counterparties likely to attract a compliance review, and what in the payment data you send is inviting it.
Other banks worth approaching, where netting or a multi-currency account changes the arithmetic, and when a broker beats your bank.
An ordered list, cheapest and quickest at the top. Often it is a conversation with the bank you already have.

We track cross-border payments for a living, so most of what you tell us can be checked rather than taken at face value.
Banks and their correspondents. Bank identifiers, the group and ownership links between them, and the settlement instructions banks publish for each currency. That is how we work out who handles your money between you and your beneficiary.
Published tariffs. What banks say they charge, retail against corporate, including the lifting fees intermediaries deduct on the way through. A payment can arrive short without your own bank charging you for it.
Measured settlement times. Arrival windows for specific bank-to-bank corridors, taken from payments we have followed to completion and projected onto the banking calendar of the currency involved. Every figure states how many payments stand behind it.
Rules and screening. Country payment rules, sanctions and watchlist exposure, and the formatting that quietly gets payments returned: a purpose code a country insists on, a beneficiary address a bank will not accept.
Where our data is thin for your banks or corridors, we research them in public sources and label that part of the report researched rather than measured. You will always be able to tell which is which.
No forms to fill in and no discovery call.
About twenty minutes with our assistant, in your own language: your banks, your corridors, the payments that went wrong. A statement or a CSV export settles in seconds what recollection never does.
Your answers are checked against our data, the gaps are researched, and the whole thing is reconciled into findings rather than a data dump.
A PDF by email about an hour later, with the reasoning shown so your team can check it rather than take it on faith.
Yes. There is no payment step, no card details and no obligation. You do need an account with us, because one audit is run per participant, and an account costs nothing.
The more concrete you are, the more useful the report, because our data is organised by specific banks and specific corridors. If something is too sensitive to share, leave it out and describe the shape of the problem instead. We say plainly where a gap limited the analysis.
Then we research them. Published tariffs and measured timings are denser in some markets than others, and where a finding rests on research rather than measurement, the report says so on the finding itself.
About an hour after the conversation, by email. The research runs afterwards rather than during, so the report is not instant, but you will not be waiting on us for days either.

One conversation about how your company pays and gets paid, and the report comes back by email.
