Payment Instructions

General instructions for international payments to banks in ANDORRA:

Remitter should obtain all required bank information from the Beneficiary, including SWIFT BIC, IBAN, and beneficiary bank address.SEPA guidelines do not apply for euro payments to beneficiaries with accounts in Andorra, but both IBAN and SWIFT BIC are required for all euro payments.Ordering Customer (SWIFT MT103 F50): Include account number, full name (no initials), and address of the ordering customer. Use of initials can delay receipt of funds by the beneficiary.Beneficiary Bank (SWIFT MT103 ... F57): Include SWIFT BIC with branch identifier, full name, and address of the beneficiary bank. SWIFT BIC consists of 8 or 11 alphanumeric characters, formatted as xxxxADxx or xxxxADxxxxx.Beneficiary Customer (SWIFT MT103 F59): Include account number (IBAN), full name (no initials), and address of the beneficiary customer. IBAN: In Andorra, the IBAN consists of 24 alphanumeric characters. The structure is AD2!n4!n4!n12!c, which includes the country code 'AD', a two-digit checksum, a four-digit bank code, a four-digit branch code, and a 12-character account number. Example: AD9876541234567891234567 printed as AD98 7654 1234 5678 9123 4567.
