<p><strong>Netherlands National Terrorism Sanctions List</strong> (Nationale Terrorismelijst) is maintained by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken). In accordance with UN Security Council Resolution 1373 (2001), the Netherlands freezes assets of individuals designated for terrorism-related activities under the Sanctions Act 1977 (Sanctiewet 1977).</p>

Designations are made by the Minister of Foreign Affairs in consultation with the Minister of Justice and Security and the Minister of Finance.
