<p><strong>EU Financial Sanctions Files (FSF)</strong> contain the Consolidated List of persons, groups, and entities subject to EU financial sanctions under the Common Foreign and Security Policy (CFSP). The list is managed by the European Commission's Directorate-General for Financial Stability and includes all individuals and organizations subject to asset freezes, travel bans, and other restrictive measures adopted by the EU Council.</p>
