These notices cover persons subject to targeted UN sanctions including asset freezes, travel bans, and arms embargoes under various regimes: Al-Qaida/ISIL (1267/1989/2253), Taliban (1988), Sudan (1591), DRC (1533), Somalia (751), Libya (1970), Yemen (2140), DPRK (1718), CAR (2127), Mali (2374), South Sudan (2206), and Haiti (2653).
