Israel - NBCTF Organization Designations

Israel NBCTF Terrorism Sanctions List is maintained by the National Bureau for Counter Terror Financing (NBCTF), an agency within the Israel Ministry of Defense. The list contains two categories: Designated Terrorist Organizations and Unauthorized Associations, and Designated Individuals involved in terrorism and terror financing activities.

The NBCTF operates under multiple legal frameworks including the Defense Regulations (Emergency) 1945, Prohibition on Terrorist Financing Law 5765-2004, Prevention of Terrorism Ordinance No. 33 5708-1948, and the Counter Terrorism Law of 2016. Designations are made by the State Security Cabinet (SSC) and other authorized bodies. The list includes organizations and individuals from Hamas, Hezbollah, Islamic Jihad, Al-Qaeda affiliates, and other designated terrorist groups.
