OFAC Consolidated Non-SDN Lists include several sanctions programs beyond the primary SDN list. These include the Foreign Sanctions Evaders (FSE) List, Sectoral Sanctions Identifications (SSI) List, Palestinian Legislative Council (PLC) List, and the Non-SDN Chinese Military-Industrial Complex Companies (NS-CMIC) List. The Sectoral Sanctions target specific sectors of the Russian economy (energy, finance, defense).
