General instructions for international payments to banks in NETHERLANDS:

Remitter should obtain all required bank information from the Beneficiary, such as SWIFT BIC, account number, and beneficiary bank address.Residents and non-residents may open and maintain domestic and foreign currency accounts both locally and abroad.SEPA guidelines require IBAN and SWIFT BIC for all Euro payments. SEPA standards must be adhered to for Euro payments to beneficiaries with accounts in the Netherlands.For Ordering Customer in SWIFT MT103 F50, include account number, full name (no ... initials), and address of the ordering customer. Use of initials may delay fund receipt.For Beneficiary Customer in SWIFT MT103 F59, include account number (IBAN), full name (no initials), and address of the beneficiary customer. IBAN: In the Netherlands, the IBAN consists of 18 characters. The structure is NL2!n4!a10!n. The electronic format example is NL98ABCD1234567891, and the print format example is NL98 ABCD 1234 5678 91.

Correspondent Banks

Standard Settlement Instructions (SSI) contain the list of correspondent banks for each currency.

Payment Tracking

To track a SWIFT cross-border payment to or from ROBECO INSTITUTIONAL ASSET MANAGEMENT, BV/FUNDS, you need a UETR code, reference number, amount, payment date, and currency. This information is typically found in an MT103 form.
