Welcome to Ohmyfin (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). The Service provides users with access to a web application that displays information related to the status code of their international money transfers, the date of the last status update, and the status of transfers in specific banks and/or licensed fintech companies. We also collect and present publicly available information about licensed financial institutions and other entities assigned a BIC code, including their correspondent banking relationships (Standard Settlement Instructions). From time to time, we may offer informational content, such as webinars or masterclasses (live or pre-recorded), which are intended solely for general informational purposes and do not constitute professional, financial, or educational certification or training.
In addition, we provide programmatic access to certain Service features through our Application Programming Interface (API) and Model Context Protocol (MCP) for integration by businesses and AI agents. We also offer screening and compliance tools (including sanctions, export-control and trade checks, company and public-record searches, adverse media searches and monitoring), a document check that reads payment and trade documents you upload and checks what they state, an AI assistant (Ohm), invoice generation, indicative foreign exchange rate data, and payment planning and cost estimation tools. All of these services are provided as information technology services and do not constitute financial, legal, tax, customs or compliance advice.
The current Terms and Conditions stipulate the legally binding conditions between Yourself (the "User") and the websites, services, and applications of Ohmyfin.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BY UPLOADING A DOCUMENT WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SERVICE.
Changes to the Service, our prices and these Terms. We may change these Terms, our prices and the Service from time to time, for example to add or change features, to reflect changes in law, regulation or our costs, or for security reasons. Terms for a new feature apply from when you first use it. If a change materially disadvantages you, such as a price increase or a reduction of what your paid plan includes, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to your existing subscription or unused credits, and you may cancel before then; for a subscription it applies from your first renewal after that date. Other changes take effect when we publish them here with a new date. If you continue to use the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the change.

This page explains the terms by which you may use our website and web applications provided on or in connection with our services. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Terms and Conditions agreement ("Agreement"), whether or not you are registered on our services. In the case of disagreement with all or part of these Terms and Conditions, you should abstain from using the Service.
By accepting the current Terms and Conditions, the User agrees to comply with the following service rules:
If the regulations in the Terms and Conditions are in contradiction with the privacy policy, the Terms and Conditions will prevail.
Failure to comply with these obligations may result in the cancellation of the Contract, as established in Clause 11.
Please be nice. Don't try to hack our servers, send spam, or break any other rules, regulations, or laws. We love working with you, but please don't use our Brand to do anything malicious. These are the things you just can't do.
Your use of the Service is subject to this Reasonable Use Policy, which has been established to ensure the fair and appropriate use of our service for both users and developers.
The following activities are strictly prohibited in connection with the Service:
Permitted operational caching: You may temporarily store (cache) data received from the Service solely to support the processing of transactions that you are actively handling in the ordinary course of your business. Such cached data must (a) be limited to records directly related to your own transactions or those of your customers, (b) be automatically refreshed or deleted within a reasonable period not exceeding 30 days, and (c) not be aggregated, combined with other sources, or used to build a comprehensive or systematic collection of data that replicates any part of the Service's offerings.
User certification: By using the tracking service, you certify that you are the sender, beneficiary, or an authorized representative of a party to the payment being tracked. Unauthorized tracking of payments may violate applicable laws. We log this certification along with your IP address for audit and compliance purposes.
Material breach: Any violation of the data restrictions or anti-competition provisions in this section shall be deemed a material breach of these Terms and may result in:
By using the Service, you agree to comply with this Reasonable Use Policy. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in the termination of your access and may subject you to legal consequences.
The service utilizes cookies, which are necessary for its operations and proper functionality. Additionally, a minimal number of non-essential cookies may be placed on your device, subject to your consent. If you do not accept, manage, or reject the use of cookies, consent will be presumed by your use of our software. However, you retain the ability to provide or withdraw consent at any time through our Cookie Policy page.

Users should be aware that any reference to SWIFT, UETR, or GPI is solely for descriptive purposes, and our services are not endorsed or sponsored by S.W.I.F.T. SCRL. We do not have any direct connection with their network and their services.
Our Service provides a catalog of banks, financial institutions, and other organizations that are assigned Bank Identifier Codes (BICs) or provide financial services. The inclusion of these organizations in our Service is for informational purposes only and does not imply any affiliation, endorsement, or partnership between us and those organizations. The names, logos, trademarks, and other identifying elements of the listed organizations may be protected under trademark or copyright laws. We acknowledge the rights of the respective owners of these intellectual properties. The display of such information on our platform is solely intended to provide factual and publicly accessible data about the financial industry. We do not have any agreements, sponsorships, or endorsements with the organizations listed in our Service. The information we provide is not intended to suggest any form of association, authorization, or approval by these organizations.
While we strive to keep the information on our platform accurate and up-to-date, we cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of the data provided. Users are advised to independently verify any information before making financial decisions. We disclaim any liability for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information provided. Your bank is the best source of information in regards payments instructions and status of the payment.
When we show the results of the payments tracking, we may show the information in one or several banks and/or financial institutions. It doesn't mean we have any contract relations with them. Our services are not endorsed or sponsored by those organizations. The status may be not up-to-date by technical reasons.
We do not provide any financial services - we are not a bank or EMI or any other regulated financial institution. We do not transfer funds. We do not offer financial or investment products.
Visa, Mastercard, Stripe are trademarks owned by respective well-known companies. We do not have any direct relations with Visa or Mastercard, their logos on our website are being used solely to inform about acceptable payment options. We have an agreement with Stripe to accept card payments for our services.
When a user attempts to track a payment or requests Standard Settlement Instructions (SSI) information, they are required to create an account using their email or phone number. By creating an account, users agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Users have the right to request the deletion of their account at any time by using the Delete Account feature.
We reserve the right to retain certain information for legal or administrative purposes, such as records of transactions or communications, even after an account has been deleted.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for any activities that occur under their account. They must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of their account or any other breach of security.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a user's account at our discretion if we believe they have violated these Terms and Conditions or engaged in fraudulent or illegal activities.
Upon termination of an account, the user will lose access to the Service and any associated data or information. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the termination of a user's account.
Users may appeal the suspension or termination of their account by contacting our support team through the contact page.
The Service receives information from several large banks / financial institutions and provides it as-is to the users. By usage of the Service and providing the necessary tracking data (uetr, reference, amount, currency, sender's date), you authorize the Service to request the information about your payment on your behalf from banks and financial institutions.
When we track a payment we act as your technical agent: we ask the institutions handling your payment for its status on your behalf and show you their answer. We do not license, sell or distribute the payment status information we obtain when tracking, and we do not operate a commercial database of payment statuses. We claim no ownership of the information about your payment; you may keep tracking results for your own records and internal use, while our compilation and presentation of them remain ours.
By asking to contact those banks and/or financial institutions you agree to the terms of services of those banks and financial institutions, including, but not limited to: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6.
The Service is not responsible for the results of the tracking. There could be situations when everything is fine with the payment, but we cannot track it. It doesn't mean that your money has been stolen. Additionally, it is possible that the actual status of the payment differs from what we display: the payment can went out of traceable network to local payment scheme, bank employees sometimes make mistakes or there could be other technical and organizational reasons.
We cannot confirm the sender or beneficiary of the transactions. Our service solely provides information received from financial institutions, and we do not have access to personal details of the parties involved in the transactions.
Users acknowledge and agree that the tracking information provided by the Service is for informational purposes only and may not accurately reflect the current status or details of the payment.
We always recommend contacting your bank directly to get up-to-date information about the payment. The typical timeframe for requesting a payment investigation is 2–3 weeks after the payment has been sent.
By using the Service, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to the tracking information provided by the Service.
For terms governing API and programmatic access to the Service, including access by AI agents, see Section 3A below.
Fraud Warning: Fraudsters may create fake payment confirmation documents (MT103, PACS.008, or similar) containing fabricated tracking codes. A payment appearing in our tracking system does NOT guarantee that funds will be credited to your account. Never release goods, services, or money based solely on tracking information. Always verify directly with your own bank that funds have been credited and cleared. For more information, see our Scam Alert page.
We provide programmatic access to certain Service features through our REST API and Model Context Protocol (MCP). API and MCP access requires registration and issuance of an API key. By registering for API access or using the MCP endpoint, you agree to these Terms in full.
API keys are confidential credentials. You are responsible for safeguarding your API key and for all activity that occurs under it. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your API key.
We reserve the right to revoke, suspend, or limit API access at any time without prior notice if we reasonably suspect misuse, violation of these Terms, or activity that threatens the security or integrity of the Service.
API and MCP access is licensed for your own business operations or personal use, and you may integrate it into your internal systems and applications. Using it to provide services to third parties, to expose data or results to your customers, or in any customer-facing product requires a Financial Institution plan or a separate written agreement under Section 3A.7. A Financial Institution plan may be used within the subscriber's own regulated services to its customers, but never to resell, redistribute or make our data available as a data product. If a plan is used outside its scope we may move it to the appropriate plan or end it. All data restrictions and prohibited activities in Section 1.2 (Service Rules) apply equally to API and MCP access.
AI agents, bots, and automated systems may access the Service through our MCP endpoint or API, subject to these Terms. Automated systems must identify themselves accurately during registration.
The operator of any AI agent or automated system is responsible for ensuring compliance with these Terms and is liable for all actions performed by their automated system. Automated decisions made using data from the Service are the sole responsibility of the operator. We accept no liability for any actions taken, decisions made, or consequences arising from automated processing of data obtained from the Service.
Terms accepted, and actions taken, by an AI agent or automated system bind the person or organisation on whose behalf it operates as if they had accepted or taken them directly.
API and MCP access is subject to rate limits as specified in your service tier. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access that exceeds reasonable usage patterns or appears designed to degrade service quality.
Free-tier API and MCP access may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time without notice. Paid API tiers are subject to the terms of the applicable subscription or agreement.
We do not guarantee any specific level of API uptime, availability, or response time unless separately agreed in a written Service Level Agreement (SLA). We may modify, deprecate, or discontinue API endpoints with reasonable notice where practicable. You are responsible for implementing appropriate error handling and fallback mechanisms in your integration.
Our company registry search feature searches public company registries across multiple jurisdictions. Results are informational and may not reflect current registry status. Integrated sanctions screening is automated — results should be verified independently. Users are responsible for their use of registry data in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
Business and institutional customers may enter into separate API Services Agreements with Ohmyfin Limited, which may include additional terms, support commitments, and service level guarantees. Where such a separate agreement exists, its terms shall prevail over these Terms in case of conflict.
This section applies to every screening and compliance feature of the Service, whether used on the website, through the API or MCP, in Ohm, or in an app built on them (including our Odoo app): sanctions and watch-list screening; export-control, trade-sanction and import-regime checks of goods, routes, ports and vessels; bank sanctions indicators; company register, ownership and public-record searches; adverse media searches; ongoing monitoring, alerts and webhooks; bulk screening; case management; and the screening carried out within the document check (Section 3D). These are informational tools to support your own compliance process. They are NOT a regulated compliance service, and their results are NOT legal, regulatory, customs or compliance advice, a licensing or classification decision, or a statement by us that any person is or is not sanctioned or has done anything wrong. Results are provided "as is", depend on our data sources and on the information you give us, and may contain false positives and false negatives.
You must NOT use our results as the sole basis for any compliance decision, including customer onboarding, approving or rejecting a transaction or shipment, applying for or relying on an export licence, or any filing or reporting obligation.
Results do not replace your obligation to keep your own compliance programme, carry out independent due diligence and take professional advice where appropriate. Lists and regimes change often and there may be a delay before our data reflects a change. Where you choose which lists, regimes or sources to include or exclude, or set how strictly names are matched, that choice is your own compliance decision. "No match" or "no finding" means only that nothing was found in the sources searched, for the details given, at that time. Adverse media results summarise reports published by third parties: they may be inaccurate, out of date or about a different person with the same name, and they are not a finding of fact about anyone. Decisions, dispositions and reasons you record in a review or case are yours, and our reports show them as yours.
You must not use these tools to:
These terms apply with equal force to API, MCP and automated use. Operators of automated systems bear full responsibility for decisions made on our data, and we strongly recommend human review of every match or near-match. We aim to deliver alerts and webhooks promptly but do not guarantee their delivery or timing, so an alert must not be your only way of learning of a list change. Webhook data is sent to the endpoint you configure and is your responsibility from delivery, including the security of that endpoint.
Screening reports, case records and downloads (including PDFs) record what was searched, found and decided at a given time. Verify them before relying on them for compliance purposes. We are not responsible for their use or misuse once you download or share them.
We provide indicative foreign exchange rate information sourced from central banks (including the European Central Bank) and other publicly available market data sources. FX rates displayed are for informational and reference purposes only and may not reflect real-time market rates.
You should NOT rely on our FX rates as the basis for financial transactions. Always obtain live rates from your bank or foreign exchange provider before executing transactions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of FX rate data. Historical FX rate data is provided for reference only.
Our payment planning and cost estimation tools provide indicative estimates of transaction costs, including correspondent bank fees and processing charges. Fee estimates are based on publicly available information and our analysis of typical market costs. Actual fees charged by your bank and intermediary banks may differ significantly.
Cost estimates do NOT constitute a quote, offer, or guarantee of transaction costs. Always confirm actual costs with your bank or payment service provider before initiating a payment.
All financial data provided through the Service — including but not limited to foreign exchange rates, fee estimates, bank information, and payment routing data — is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice. We are not a financial advisor, broker, or regulated financial institution. Nothing in our Service should be construed as a recommendation to enter into any financial transaction. You are solely responsible for any financial decisions you make based on information obtained from the Service.
Answers from Ohm, our AI assistant (on the website, by email or through MCP), are generated automatically, may be wrong or incomplete, and are not legal, tax, compliance or financial advice. Invoices you generate or issue through the Service, including through an AI agent, are prepared from the information you or your agent provide; you are responsible for their accuracy, for their being issued lawfully, and for your tax and invoicing obligations. Our country invoicing and tax guides, arrival-time estimates and payment routes are general information and may not reflect current rules or a particular bank's practice.
The document check reads documents you upload, such as payment messages and confirmations, invoices, packing lists, transport documents, certificates, contracts and bank letters, through the website, the API, MCP or Ohm. It extracts what they state and runs the checks named in the report. These can include whether a document is consistent with itself and with the records we can see; screening of the parties, banks, vessels, ports and goods it names (Section 3B); and, where you check several documents of one deal, whether they agree with each other. Each report says which checks were run and which could not be.
A report records what our automated checks found in the information available to us at the time. It is NOT: confirmation that a document is genuine, unaltered or issued by the person named on it; confirmation that a payment was made, will be made or has arrived (only your own bank can confirm that); confirmation that goods exist, were shipped or match their description; an examination of documents under a letter of credit or collection (including under UCP 600, URC 522 or ISBP); a customs classification, licensing, tax or invoicing opinion; legal, compliance or financial advice; or a finding that any document is false or that anyone has acted wrongly. "No finding" means only that the checks we ran found nothing in what they could read, and a check we could not run has not been passed. Reports are produced by automated means, including AI, which can misread a document, so compare the details we extracted with the original.
Any decision to release goods, documents, property or funds, to pay or ship, or to accept, reject or report a document or a counterparty is yours alone. Make it on your own verification: for a payment, with your own bank; for a document whose authenticity matters, with its issuer, using contact details you obtain independently and not those printed on the document.
A report is prepared for the account that ran it, for internal use in your own due diligence. You may share it with your bank, auditor, professional adviser or a regulator. You must not publish it, present it to anyone as our certification or opinion of a document or person, or use it as the basis of an allegation, and you are responsible for any statement you make to others based on it. Nobody other than you may rely on a report, and we owe no duty to anyone else who sees it.
Visitors without an account, and accounts without a plan or credits, may receive a limited free answer (the result and each check's outcome, without the details). How many free answers we give, and what they show, may change or be withdrawn at any time. A full report costs the number of credits shown before you open it, or is included in your plan where the plan says so; comparing the documents of one deal with each other is included. A document we cannot read, or do not check, costs nothing. A credit is used when you open the full report and is not refunded because of what the report says. Where a report covers a payment document, its price includes tracking that payment as described on the page, subject to your plan's tracking limits.
You keep all rights in documents, files, lists and data you upload ("your content"). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, copy, process and analyse your content, including through our AI providers and screening services, for as long as we keep it under Section 6B, in order to provide the feature you used, keep the Service secure, prevent fraud and misuse, comply with the law, and for the uses described in Section 3E.3.
You confirm that you are entitled to upload your content and to have us process it as described here. You confirm that doing so does not breach the law, any duty of confidentiality, or any agreement you are party to (for example with your bank, a counterparty or under a documentary credit). Where it contains personal data of other people (such as counterparties, beneficiaries, directors or signatories), you confirm you have a lawful basis for sharing it with us for these purposes. You must not upload content you are not entitled to share, malicious code, identity documents or other personal data the feature does not need, or content designed to manipulate or interfere with our automated processing, such as hidden instructions addressed to AI systems. We may refuse, stop processing or remove any content. If you use the Service as a business, you will indemnify us against claims by third parties arising from content you uploaded in breach of this section.
Beyond the check you ran, we may use your content, and information derived from it:
In doing so we never disclose your document, or any personal data in it, to another user or to any third party other than our service providers acting for us, and we never attribute derived information to you or to the payment it came from: a check that relies on documents uploaded by others says only whether a format or a fact is consistent. Information we derive identifies no individual, belongs to us, and may continue to be used after your content or account has been deleted.
When you upload lists of your own customers or counterparties for bulk screening or ongoing monitoring, we process the personal data in them on your behalf: you are the controller and we are your processor. The subject matter and purpose of the processing are the screening or monitoring you requested; the data are the names and identifying details in your list; and the duration is set out in Section 6B. We will:
Where you ask us to connect to your bank, payment or business systems, you authorise us to use the credentials you provide, as your agent, only to carry out the actions you request. You confirm that sharing those credentials with us is permitted by your agreements with those providers. We store credentials encrypted and record every access. You may revoke them at any time in your account or through our contact page, and you should also change them with the provider. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for actions a provider takes under its own terms because you shared credentials, or for loss caused by a provider's systems.
These Terms and any dispute arising from them or from the Service are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
Users use the Service at their own risk and discretion. Our liability is limited as set out in Sections 7 and 8.
It is important to note that Ohmyfin Limited is not a financial organization and does not provide any financial services. Each comes with the eligibility rules, limits and expiry shown when it is offered; it may not be transferred, sold or combined with other offers unless stated, and may be withdrawn if it is obtained or used in breach of those rules or of these Terms. A free trial ends automatically and does not turn into a paid subscription unless you buy one.
In order to provide our services effectively, Ohmyfin Limited collects the following information:
We collect this information to facilitate the tracking of cross-border payments and to enhance the security and reliability of our services. We are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of our users' information in accordance with our privacy policy.

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations:
We may keep a specific item longer where we need it for a dispute, a fraud investigation or a legal obligation. Retained tracking records are service records of your own account: they are not a commercial dataset and are not made available to other users or third parties. Uploaded documents and information derived from them are used as described in Section 3E.3.
You may request deletion of your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on exercising your data rights.
Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk. We provide no warranty or guarantee regarding the Service, whether expressed or implied.
We make no representations or warranties of any kind, including but not limited to:
We expressly disclaim any warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or expectations, or that any defects or errors in the Service will be corrected.
By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from or related to your use of the Service or any reliance on the information provided therein.
This disclaimer of warranty shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
If you are dissatisfied with the Service or any part thereof, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Service.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits any warranty, condition, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK consumer protection legislation. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Service or its employees be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for use, data, or other intangible losses, arising from or relating to any breach of this agreement.

We expressly disclaim liability for consequential damages resulting from using or misusing our services.
This limitation of liability shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

If you use the Service as a business, you agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of the Service or this agreement must be filed within one year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
If you use the Service as a business, we are not liable to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, for: loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, goodwill or anticipated savings; loss or corruption of data; any indirect or consequential loss; or any loss arising from a decision you make using the Service, including releasing goods, documents or funds, paying or refusing to pay, or accepting or rejecting a document or counterparty, or arising from the fraud, forgery, insolvency or default of any third party, whether or not the Service detected it.
If you are a consumer, we are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these Terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill, but not for loss that is not foreseeable. We provide the Service to consumers for domestic and private use only and are not liable to a consumer for any business loss.
Notwithstanding the above:
